Kylie Christmas
is almost upon us, but if you can’t wait for the release of the Aussie superstar’s new festive-themed album tomorrow (November 13) then you’re in luck, because there’s a snippet of her eagerly-anticipated collaboration with lil’ sis Dannii online already (thanking you muchly, Idolator).
Co-written with Ash Howes and former Kylie collaborators Steve Anderson (‘Confide In Me’) and Richard Stannard (‘Love At First Sight’), ‘100 Degrees’ is the disco-tinged camp-fest we all wanted from our favourite pop siblings. Basically, by the end of the 30 seconds on offer we inexplicably found ourselves in a pair of heels ready to go out.
The track marks Dannii and Kylie’s first official collaboration since way back 2008, when they recorded a camp cover of Abba’s ‘The Winner Takes It All’ for the Beautiful People soundtrack – and boy is it good to have them back together.
Listen to a snippet of ‘100 Degrees’ below – and check out the all the details and tracklist for Kylie Christmas here.
