"Do I have an album called 'Rainbow'?!"
By Will Stroude
The news that Mariah Carey will be headlining Brighton Pride this summer has rightly been met with shock and awe – but we’re somehow even more psyched for the five-time Grammy Award winner’s performance at the UK’s biggest Pride festival after hearing her deliver he own, typically high-camp announcment message.
Carey, who is set to take to the main stage at Brighton’s Preston Park on Saturday 1 August following the city’s annual LGBTQ equality march, shared a video ahead of the eagerly-anticipated set on Friday.
“So, people keep asking me, am I doing Brighton Pride this year”, Mimi says in the newly-release clip.
