Matt Bomer performed his 'Magic Mike' moves at sister's wedding

We always thought the entertainment at our dream wedding reception would involve at least two ex-members of Atomic Kitten and a keyboard rendition of Eternal Flame, but after Matt Bomer’s latest admission, we’re seriously rethinking our future bridal plans.

Speaking up PrideSource, the Magic Mike XXL star revealed that the racy dance moves he learnt for the first film in 2012 followed him off set – specifically to the dance floor at his sister’s wedding.

Asked if the choreography had proved an asset in real life, Bomer responded that he tried them out at his sister’s wedding reception, only to get some “scathing” looks from his (ungrateful and wrong) cousins.

“Um, they haven’t been,”he laughed. “First of all, after we finished the first film, my sister got married shortly thereafter, and I took some of my new gyrations to the dance floor at her wedding reception.

“I realised very quickly, after getting some scathing looks from my cousins, that some things are just best left in the club and not brought to your sister’s wedding reception party.

“Like, ‘Oh, I better check myself – I’m not in Magic Mike anymore!'”

We honestly can’t think of any reason why this wouldn’t be considered acceptable behaviour at a family gathering. Do you take bookings Matt?
