Miley on health rumours: ‘Shut the f**k up and let me heal’

Miley Cyrus has condemned media speculation about her health following her hospitalisation earlier this week, telling the press to “shut the fuck up and let me heal.”
The Wrecking Ball singer was hospitalised on Tuesday (April 15) after suffering a severe allergic reaction to some antibiotics. The incident forced her to cancel several US tour dates after being placed on medical rest by doctors.
The 21-year-old has now hit out at the press for apparently publishing “ignorant” stories about the state of health, tweeting yesterday (April 17): “So many ignorant stories out there no one is reading the official statement and these dumb asses are scaring my fans. Please read official.”
The tweet was followed by an official statement on her Twitter account, which you can see below.
In a message accompanying the statement, Cyrus said: “Shut the fuck up and let me heal. Stop scaring my family, friends and fans.”
The North American leg of Cyrus’ ‘Bangerz Tour’ is due to come to a close later this month, before coming to the UK in May. She is scheduled to kick off her UK shows at The O2 in London on May 6.
