Netflix announces the release date for ‘Sex Education’s second season
The new season will land on the streaming giant from January 17, 2020

Netflix has announced the release date for the second season of Sex Education.
The first season received critical acclaim and told the story of Otis and his friend Maeve Wiley who set up a sex clinic at their secondary school, with the help of his unknowing sex therapist mother, played by Gillian Anderson.
The new season will continue the story of late bloomer Otis Milburn (Asa Butterfield) who will have to learn to manage his newly discovered sexual urges if he wants his relationship with girlfriend Ola to succeed.
Posting on Twitter, the official Netflix account revealed that the new season is set to be released on January 17.

Ncuti Gatwa will return as Eric Effiong, who is Otis’ openly gay best friend and Emma Mackey as Maeve Wiley and Connor Swindells as bully and closeted Adam Groff.
A bunch of new characters are set to debut including Sam Outalbali as French student Rahim who turns heads when he joins Moordale Secondary School.
New cast and characters include Chinenye Ezeudu as super intelligent Viv and George Robinson as Isaac who moves into Maeve’s caravan park.
