North Wales Pride weather forecast: Sunny spells expected
By Will Stroude
Revelers heading to North Wales Pride this weekend (July 4-6) can expect a weekend of sunny spells.
Speaking to attitude.co.uk today (July 3), a Met Office spokesperson said that the Bangor region would be “reasonably dry” throughout Saturday and Sunday, with regular sunny spells and only a slim chance of showers.
With bright weather expected, temperatures are likely to reach the balmy heights of 17-18C during the course of the weekend.
X Factor star Misha B is set to headline the event near Bangor, North Wales. The Home Run singer – who finished 4th on the eighth series of the singing contest back in 2011 – will perform in the Main Room at 10.10pm on Saturday night.
Alys Williams, who was a member of Team Tom on the second series of The Voice, will also perform on Saturday night as will up-and-coming singer-songwriter Kameelion.
North Wales Pride 2014 will be held for the third time at Hendrick Hall, just outside Bangor. In celebration of the FIFA World Cup this year’s theme is ‘From Rio with Love’, and pride-goers are being encouraged to celebrate the fun tropicana vibe.
Weekends tickets are still available and priced at £10 for a weekender ticket, £7 for Friday & Saturday night camping and £5 for Saturday only (sold on the door).
