Perrie Edwards calls Zayn Malik a ‘bellend’

After months of biting her tongue, it seems that Perrie Edwards is finally ready to give her two cents on ex-fiancé Zayn Malik: and she’s pulling no punches.
The former pop power couple split three months ago after Zayn reportedly ended his four-year relationship with the Little Mix star by text, but after weeks of avoiding the topic during interviews and having one tearful breakdown onstage, Perrie has finally hit back, indirectly branding Zayn a “bellend” – and saying that she always knew it.
During a Little Mix interview with UTV show Total Access, Perrie and her bandmates chatted about their new boyfriend kiss-off anthem ‘Hair’, which contains an expletive-filled line about an ex.
After Jade Thirwall tells the interviewer it’s fine to describe your ex as a ‘dick’ if they acted like one, Perrie pipes up: “He was just a bellend and I knew it.”
Yikes. After being criticised in the last few weeks by the likes of Calvin Harris, Naughty Boy, Rixton’s Jake Roache and now his ex, looks like Zayn might not be getting many a Christmas card this year…
Meanwhile, Little Mix are gearing up to release third studio album Get Weird on November 6, after the success of singles ‘Black Magic’ and ‘Love Me Like You’.
