Rugby players are well-behaved,” Tom, who plays for Wasps, tells Cosmo. “After a match I like going out with the team sometimes but I love nothing more than going home to my family. My mum was a single mother for the first few years of my life and what she did for me was amazing.”
“Respect for the women in your life is so important and I want my two sons to see how much I love their mum. I teach them about eating right and exercising too – it’s easy to take your body for granted until it’s too late,” he adds.
The October issue of Cosmopolitan, featuring Rochelle from The Saturdays on the cover, is on sale in shops now and also available in digital edition on Apple newsstand. To see more of Tom on his shoot, visit Cosmo’s website.
