Sneak peek: Kutcher shares gay kiss on ‘Two and a Half Men’
By Josh Haggis
NBC have unveiled the first preview picture of Two and a Half Men’s controversial gay wedding storyline.
The upcoming plot on the long-running US sitcom sees the show’s central characters Walden (Ashton Kutcher) and Alan (Jon Cryer) faking a gay relationship and getting married in order to adopt a child while going through an “existential crisis”.

Meanwhile, Cryer has discussed the controversial storyline in a new interview with ET Online, admitting that he understands why people may be “nervous” of it.
“For us it was just a fun, silly idea that some people were taking kind of seriously, so that sort of surprised us,” explained the 49-year-old star.
“But at the same time I understand. This is a time when our nation is changing so much. And let’s remember, same-sex adoption is still illegal in some states so I can see why people would be nervous about it. And as long as the fight is still being fought they have a right to be sensitive about it.”
The show’s executive producer previously explained that “no offence is meant” by the storyline – read his comments here.
Two and a Half Men’s gay wedding episode will air on November 6 on US network CBS. In the UK, the show airs on Comedy Central.
