Taylor Swift and Zayn Malik release new duet for ’50 Shades of Grey’ sequel: LISTEN
By Josh Lee
It’s been an unpredictable year to say the least, but even the wisest of oracles would have struggled to foretell this unlikely duo.
Last night (December 8) Taylor Swift and Zayn Malik sent fans into meltdown after releasing a surprise single together.
The track, which will be featured on the upcoming 50 Shade Of Grey sequel – 50 Shades Darker – is titled I Don’t Wanna Live Forever. The sultry duet is Swift’s first release in 2016, having taken a break from releasing music this year to beef with a variety of celebrities.
Both Taylor and Zayn announced the single via Instagram. Taylor uploaded what looks to be official artwork from the film, while Zayn sent out a snap of the pair with a cat – the significance of which remains to be seen, but will almost certainly be a key player in any fan-fiction that the Polaroid inspires.
The new single is only available on American iTunes right now, where it has shot to number one. The rest of us will have to whet our appetites with a 30 second preview, which you can listen to below:
