Emma Corrin has opened up about buying her first chest-binder, while also updating her pronouns on Instagram.

The Crown actress, 25, who won a Golden Globe for her portrayal of the People’s Pincess, Diana, shared the black and white images on Instagram showing her using boxing tape in a previous “intimate” photoshoot.

Corrin has previously described herself as “queer” on Instagram but made no further comment about her sexuality or gender identity.

“It’s all a journey”

Sharing the gorgeously-shot images, the actress – who recently wrapped filming for the period drama, My Policeman, with Harry Styles – said: “Some time before I bought my first binder, messing around with @sirdavidsimon, we used boxing wrap, thanks for capturing this with me, very intimate, very new, very cool.

She went on to say: “It’s all a journey right. Lots of twists and turns and change and that’s ok! Embrace it” confirming as well that she uses gc2b binders, a trans-owned company.

Emma has also updated her pronouns on the social media site to she/they.

In April, she posted an image of her in a bridal gown with the caption: “ur fave queer bride” which was part of a shoot for the fashion magazine, Pop magazine.

Emma has also previously said, in a video with Vanity Fair ahead of the Oscars earlier this year, that she had kept a former female partner’s clothes to smell. Asked if her partner had known Emma replied, “she did”.

It certainly seems like Emma is on a journey and we wish her well along the way!
