The first official trailer for The Crown season three has been released and it looks like Queen Elizabeth is having a tough time.
Olivia Colman takes over from Claire Foy as Queen Elizabeth II for the third instalment of the hit Netflix series.
In the new trailer, we see Queen Elizabeth and her family struggle to meet the challenges of a fast-changing Britain.
Tensions build between the Queen and her sister, Princess Margaret – played by Helena Bonham Carter – and her son Prince Charles (Josh O’Connor).
From cold-war paranoia, through to the jet-set and the space age – the exuberance of the 1960s and the long hangover of the 1970s – Elizabeth and the Royals must adapt to a new, more liberated, but also more turbulent world.
The Crown also stars Tobias Menzies as The Duke of Edinburgh, Erin Doherty as Princess Anne, Ben Daniels as Lord Snowdon, Jason Watkins as Prime Minister Harold Wilson and Charles Dance as Lord Mountbatten.
Gillian Anderson also starts as Margaret Thatcher.
The Crown Season 3 launches globally on Sunday, November 17.
