Watch | Christian Bale goes on a male kissing spree at Critics’ Choice Awards
When in doubt around the best way to celebrate any kind of recognition or award in life, we’ve decided to take Christian Bale’s lead by grabbing the nearest man in a passionate embrace.
After winning the Critics’ Choice Award for Best Actor in a Comedy for his portrayal of Michael Burry in The Big Short, the 41-year-old followed up a rather sweet kiss with his wife Sibi Blazic by locking lips with the film’s director Adam McKay, and screenwriter Charles Randolph, A&E reports.
“That was just a lovely make-out session with my wife, and with Adam and with Charles,” said Bale as he accepted his award.
“We all really got to know each other very well on this film.”
Later on in the ceremony, Bale planted another big wet one on Randolph as the film was also recognised with Best Comedy.
