Watch: One Direction release first Zayn-less video with ‘Drag Me Down’
By Will Stroude
Proving they won’t be dragged down by Zayn Malik’s trigger-happy tweeting finger or Liam Payne’s recent ‘homophobia’ controversy, One Direction have released their first video as a four-piece.
The visual for latest single Drag Me Down sees the boys undergo astronaut training at NASA before being blasted into space (likely answering a few Directioners’ parents’ wishes).
The boyband – who were recently named Britain’s ‘gayest’ act over icons like Kylie and Madonna – have teamed up with Ben and Gabe Turner for video, having previously worked with the duo on the visual for Steal My Girl, the lead single from their last album Four.
