Watch ‘Sesame Street’ characters spoof ‘True Blood’

Sesame Street
has spoofed popular supernatural series True Blood in a new video.
The parody – which features a grumpy detective ordering ‘true mud’ at a bar – follows previous spoofs of Les Misérables, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire and Lord of the Rings.

Last week, it was reported that a musical based on the hit HBO show is in the works from the show’s composer Nathan Barr.
The seventh and final season of True Blood kicked off in the US on Sunday (June 22), and will debut in the UK on Monday, July 7.
