Watch: This ‘Bear Naked Chef’ play with meatballs
Everyone’s favourite Bear Naked Chef, Adrian De Berardinis, has returned with some new recipes on his YouTube channel.
The Huffington Post reports that the new Travel Edition is part of a series of YouTube videos and Berardinis has just released the first episode where he travels to Spain and prepares the popular Spanish dish, albóndigas en salsa española which roughly translates to “meatballs in a Spanish sauce”.
In the video, Berardinis says, “This incredibly sexy, savoury and delicious speciality combines local ingredients and classic technique, and will be a definite hit with my viewers.”
While teaching his viewers how to cook it, Berardinis wears nothing but a tiny – and we mean tiny – apron.
He says the recipe is “easy-to-follow, has sophisticated flavours and is a surefire crowd-pleaser.”
The meatballs might be nice and all, but we can’t seem to keep our eyes off Berardinis.
