Watch | Tyger Drew-Honey gets a drag makeover for BBC3’s ‘How Straight Am I?’
By Will Stroude
Tyger Drew-Honey is back for a new round of eye-opening teen documentaries for BBC Three, and tomorrow night’s episode, entitled ‘How Straight Am I?’ certainly looks like it has some surprises in store.
The new two-part series sees the Outnumbered star explore the blurring boundaries of 21st-century sexuality and sexism, and if the preview clip below is anything to go by, he’s certainly throwing himself into the role.
As well as discovering that 80% of people presume he’s gay, the episode shows the 19-year-old undergoing a seriously committed drag make-over, complete with some of the most excruciating ‘tucking’ shots we reckon will ever make it on to primetime television. Check it out below:
We caught up with Tyger – whose parents are former adult movie stars ‘Ben Dover’ and Linzi Drew – earlier in the year to chat about porn, body image and teen sexuality. You can read our interview with the young star here.
Tyger Takes On… How Straight Am I? airs tomorrow (November 12) at 9pm on BBC Three.
