Westboro to picket Cher gig because she ‘panders to gays’

Westboro Baptist Church has announced plans to picket Cher’s concert in Kansas City on Saturday (May 31) because she “panders to fags/dykes”.
In a flier published yesterday (May 22), the notoriously homophobic organisation – famed for its website Godhatesfags.com – refers to Cher as “that bundle of confusion”, calls the late Sonny Bono an “ageing twerp” and brands Cher’s transgender son Chaz “pitiful”.
The flier goes on to claim that Cher “compounded her proud sins by pandering to the fags/dykes”, and suggests that Cher’s son Chaz underwent a sex change in order to “show Cher who was boss”.

At the time of writing, Cher has yet to respond to the flier on Twitter.
