‘Will & Grace’s Sean Hayes joins the cast of ‘The Millers’

star Sean Hayes has joined the cast of The Millers.

The actor will appear in the CBS sitcom’s upcoming second season as the new best friend of Carol Miller (Margo Martindale).

Series creator and executive producer, Greg Garcia, said that he “couldn’t be more excited” about working with Hayes.

He said: “After years of being a fan and hearing from others how wonderful he is to work with, I couldn’t be more excited about Sean Hayes joining The Millers.

“The thought of he and Margo Martindale as BFF’s makes me smile every time I think about it. We’re only just getting started, and writing this season’s stories has been a blast.”

Hayes was most recently seen on sitcom Sean Saves The World, which was cancelled after just 15 episodes following poor reviews and low ratings.

He is most famous for playing Jack McFarland on Will & Grace for the duration of its eight-season run.
