Young Royals: First-look images offer glimpse at frosty season two
Can Prince Wilhelm and Simon patch things up?

Netflix has released first-look images at the second season of hit show Young Royals, and things look a little frosty between Prince Wilhelm of Sweden (Edvin Ryding) and Simon Eriksson (Omar Rudberg)
At the end of season one, the two ended things after the young prince had to deny the existence of their relationship.
And it looks like everyone is struggling in the aftermath from this brief glimpse into what’s coming…
In May, the second season officially wrapped, and with Netflix already giving us an insight into season two, it’s hard to imagine that the full series being that far off.
The show makes a natural next step if you’re a fan of Heartstopper (who isn’t!?) with both dealing with issues of coming out and romance in high school. However, this is where the similarities end.
Young Royals deals with some of the darker issues surrounding identity and sexuality – and all in the shadow of the Swedish monarchy, no less.
