Zachary Quinto: ‘I’m unlikely to return for ‘Heroes Reborn’
By Josh Haggis
Zachary Quinto has revealed that is unlikely he will appear in the new season of Heroes.
The US sci-fi series created by Tim Kring – which originally aired for four seasons between 2006 and 2010 – is being revived by NBC for a 13-episode event series called Heroes Reborn that is due to air next year.
The out gay actor appeared in the show’s original run as the villainous Sylar, but has now told fans that his busy schedule will probably prevent him from reprising the role.
“I’ve been talking to Tim and I’m really excited that they’re doing that show,” the 37-year-old told The Wrap. “I don’t really see the room for me to be involved at this point, just based on my schedule. But, I’m not sure if it will work out just based on availability alone.”
“I know I’ll be excited to watch it and be a part of it any way I can,” Quinto added.
Meanwhile, Heroes hottie Milo Ventimiglia has also revealed he that will not be returning for the new season – click here for the full story.
