Dino Fetscher: “Jason the Power Ranger was my first crush”

Newcomer Dino Fetscher made quite a big impression with his role in Banana, one of Russell T. Davies Cucumber/Banana/Tofu TV trio earlier this year.
So much so, the gorgeous 26-year-old has made his first appearance in the Attitude Hot 100, with you lot putting him at a very respectable number 47.
In a stunning shoot for the mag alongside fellow Hot 100 stars Charlie King, Sanjay Sood-Smith, Lance Bass and Michael Turchin, Dino showed why he’s caught such attention in such a short time – and revealed his childhood crush on a certain Power Ranger…

A combination of confidence, a sense of humour, intelligence and a crackin’ smile.
What makes you sexually confident?
Barry White.

The Red Power Ranger, Jason.
Do you feel a pressure to look a certain way?
You can’t escape it in this society. I don’t take it too seriously, though. I’m OK with the fact that I’m not a Men’s Health cover model. I maintain my body because I enjoy it and it makes me feel happy in myself and because it’s my casting bracket; so it’s important for work.
Have you been told to buff up?
No, quite the opposite. At drama school they discouraged weights because excessive muscles can close you emotionally and massively limit your ability to physically transform. That’s why I do a lot of yoga alongside the gym. I’d bulk up if asked for a specific role though; that would be fun. Marvel, fancy it? Gimme a call.
