Disney princesses become gay hunks in artist’s amazing illustrations
Ever imagined what the likes of Rapunzel would look like if she were a hot gay man? No, probably not, but after seeing Alfredo Roagui‘s incredible designs you’ll wish the thought had hit you sooner.
The Mexican illustrator has re-imagined several of Disney’s most popular princesses – as well as Mickey Mouse himself – as if they were the stars of same-sex stories, and the results are hipster-like masterpieces.
Here’s Ariel, for a start – with some appropriate tattoos:
Belle is still more Beauty than Beast.
Rapunzel gets a guitar for his makeover.
Snow White trades high-pitched innocence for a grittier rockstar look.
And Aerial again, getting busy with a hot gay sailor:
And if this is meant to be Mickey himself, he’s much more matured than that voice would make you believe…

He’s the latest in a spate of inventive artists giving Disney classics queer-friendly makeovers – in recent months we’ve brought you news of an artist re-imagining Disney princes as real-life hunks (swoon), a Tumblr user giving Disney films same-sex edits and Portis Wasp, who transposed our own Attitude cover model Pietro Boselli into a Disney collage world.
