Hot New York City cop sends internet into meltdown

A hunky, tattooed New York City cop is adjusting to life in the spotlight after pictures of him on the job went viral.
Pictures of the 33-year-old Miguel Pimentel leant against his patrol car were posted on social media earlier this week, eliciting deafening chorus of handcuff and strip and search gags.
“I’ve already gotten a couple of women approach me on the street, saying, ‘Oh you’re the cop on Facebook,’” Pimentel told the Daily News yesterday (June 4).
Adding he was used to getting positive reaction when on patrol, the former marine – who completed three tours of Afghanistan and Iraq – added: “A thing that happens a lot is when I go out in uniform, like to get lunch, I’ll go to like a Subway and the female workers will talk about me in Spanish because they think I don’t understand.
“They’ll say things in Spanish like, ‘Oh I want him to handcuff me,’ or ‘I want to take him into the back room,’ or something like that. But I fully understand what they’re saying,” he said, laughing. “I usually just act like I don’t know what they’re saying until I’m about to leave and then I’ll tell them, ‘You know I understood what you were saying, right?’”
Miguel’s proud mother Francia added that her son’s girlfriend of two years isn’t “too happy” about the newfound attention, but seemed to voice her own approval, saying: “It’s my son! He’s so handsome. He’s got it all”.
We couldn’t agree more, Francia…
