As we all know by now, if you wanna hot body, you’ve gotta work b*tch. Ray listened to Britney’s advice carefully and embarked on a “carb-tapering caveman diet” (no bread or potatoes, babes) and hit the gym five times a week.

He also took a special supplement called Forza T5 Super Strength and there’s more information on that here. The result? He dropped two stone in eight weeks and now looks like this.
