Summer is officially here, and what better way to kick off the season than with two of the hottest performers in the world right now.
After making his name as Looking’s Dom Basaluzzo, Murray Bartlett is set to appear in another of the decade’s most important LGBTQ TV shows, as he takes on the beloved role of Michael ‘Mouse’ Tolliver in the Netflix revival of Armistead Maupin’s Tales of the City.

In a wide-ranging interview, the Australian actor, 48, sheds more light on the eagerly anticpiated series, discusses the often complex relationship between LGBTQ people of different generations, and looks back on the issues that made Looking often divisive viewing.
Meanwhile, star of Matthew Bourne’s Swan Lake, Sam Salter, also poses for the cover of Attitude, as the young star opens up about his sexuality and sobriety.

The 25-year-old dancer, who has also appeared in the West End production of Wicked and Channel 4’s LGBTQ drama Cucumber, candidly reveals how his struggle to overcome issues with his sexuality and self-confidence led him down a dark path of drug and alcohol abuse – and how he found the inner strength to stop the spiral.
