Watch: Justin Bieber gets chained up and submerged for Complex magazine

He’s already posed in leather and Calvins for a magazine shoot earlier this year, and former pop tearaway Justin Bieber is making sure his latest appearance in Complex is equally as memorable…

The Biebs appears on the cover of the magazine’s October/November issue, and in a daring new shoot (complete with behind the scenes video) the What Do You Mean? singer is chained up, stripped down and submerged underwater.

The tough shoot conditions shouldn’t have been too much of a stretch for the 21-year-old singer though, who proved he’s not averse to water after stripping off during a recent trip to Iceland to take a dip in a glacial river.

In a wide-ranging and revealing interview with the magazine, Justin recounts spending his first night in prison after being arrested for driving under the influence last year.

“It’s freezing; it’s uncomfortable; there are people in there you just don’t want to be around,” the Canadian star recalls. “I had people who were yelling at me. They were saying, ‘Bieber! We fuck with you, bro! We love you! Aye! Keep your head up, bro!’ It was kind of funny to hear that, especially from cats in jail.”
