Attitude 101 2025: Here are the 10 influential figures who made our Business list

The honourees of this year’s Attitude 101, empowered by Bentley have been announced, with 100 names across 10 industries joining one Trailblazer of the Year.

The selection spans ten sectors: Media & Broadcast; Film, TV, and Music; Science, Technology, Engineering, & Mathematics; Third Sector & Community; Financial & Legal; Fashion, Art & Design; Sport; Travel; Business; and The Future, supported by Clifford Chance.

Below is our list of the 10 LGBTQ+ names who have made their mark in the world of business, while inspiring generations to come.

Category leader: Roja Dove

Founder, Roja London

Dove is a pioneering figure in luxury perfumery, transforming from an enthusiast who spent his pocket money on fragrances to a globally recognised authority. After a 20-year tenure at Guerlain, where he became their first non-family international perfumer, he established the revolutionary Roja Dove Haute Parfumerie in Harrods. In 2011, he launched Roja Parfums (now Roja London), achieving record-breaking success and earning an appointment as a GREAT Campaign Ambassador. Known for his storytelling approach to scent creation and commitment to mentoring new talent, Dove views his brand as a legacy that transcends his identity as a gay man unable to have children.

Stephen Brown

Commercial specialist, US Commercial Service at US Embassy, London

With extensive international experience in sales, marketing, PR, distribution and business management, Brown plays a pivotal role in connecting US companies with UK businesses. As com-mercial specialist at the US Embassy in London, Brown helps US companies establish export links with UK firms, leveraging his deep knowledge of the aviation, transportation and tourism sectors. He covers five key industry portfolios: travel and tourism, financial services (including fintech), education and training, professional services, and food and drink.

Bruna Gil

Head of partnerships EMEA, LinkedIn

Gil leads the growth of social media giant LinkedIn’s marketing partner channels in the EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) region. With extensive experience in tech and advertising, she is dedicated to fostering innovation, revenue growth and customer success. Gil is also committed to diversity and inclusion, having co-chaired LinkedIn’s Out@In LGBTQ+ employee resource group, where she led a global team advocating for LGBTQ+ workplace equality. Her passion for social impact extends beyond the work-place, as she acts as a trustee and advisor to multiple organisations that promote positive change in society.

Chris Glass

Global director of diversity, equity and inclusion, Soho House

Since joining Soho House in 2009, Glass has been instrumental in building creative communities across Europe, India and Africa, with a strong focus on representation and inclusion. A former musical theatre performer, his personal journey of self-discovery influences how he approaches diversity within the brand. Glass is passionate about tackling inequalities, particularly for LGBTQ+ people and other historically marginalised identities. He strives to ensure Soho House remains a space where these people are not just supported but celebrated, fostering an environment where everyone feels valued and empowered to thrive.

Jamie Love

Founder, Monumental Marketing

Love is a marketing entrepreneur and passionate LGBTQ+ activist who is dedicated to creating visibility and opportunities for queer communities. As marketing director for Pride Edinburgh, Love has been instrumental in elevating the event to one of the UK’s leading Pride celebrations. Through Monumental Marketing, his agency prioritises diversity-led campaigns, often collaborating with LGBTQ+ organisations to champion equality. A vocal advocate for LGBTQ+ representation, Love frequently speaks at events and on panels, using his influence to challenge stereotypes and empower queer voices across industries.

Santino Pietrosanti

Director, Jaguar UK

Throughout his career in strategy, partnerships, and brand leadership, Pietrosanti has become a transformative figure in the automotive industry. As director of Jaguar UK, he is responsible for delivering Jaguar’s vision and strategy for UK clients. His passion and innovative thinking are at the heart of his drive to return Jaguar to its roots as an iconic, forward-thinking, British luxury brand. Equally passionate about people, he is dedicated to fostering inclusive environments, and serves as an influential role model for the next generation of automotive leaders.

Angelica Ross

Founder & CEO, TransTech Social Enterprises

A celebrated actress known for her roles in Pose and American Horror Story, Ross is also an entrepreneur with a background as a self-taught programmer, as well as an advocate for transgender rights. In 2014, she founded TransTech Social Enterprises, a platform designed to empower transgender and non-binary individuals by providing job training, leadership development and tech skills. After a three-year hiatus, Ross returned as founding executive director in October 2024, determined to continue creat-ing opportunities for marginalised communities amid the current political climate.

Lexie Shaibu-Lenoir

Founder, Queer Weddings

With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Shaibu-Lenoir is an event professional and the founder of Queer Weddings, the UK’s first company dedicated to catering specifically for LGBTQ+ couples. She is committed to diversifying the narrative within the wedding industry and creating inclusive spaces for queer couples. Shai-bu-Lenoir was recently appointed to the LGBTQ+ commercial committee for the Belmond hotel group, further solidifying her role as a leading advocate for LGBTQ+ repre-sentation and inclusivity in hospitality and events.

Chris Sherwood

CEO, NSPCC

With a career spanning two decades, Sherwood’s leadership journey took him from his humble roots in Corby to the helm of the RSPCA and now to his new role as CEO of the NSPCC, telling Attitude it was “an incredible honour to lead both of these amazing organisations”. His leadership at the RSPCA was marked by significant legislative victo-ries, including the Animal Welfare (Sentencing) Bill and the historic ban on live animal exports. Now, as the CEO of the NSPCC, Sherwood is focused on expanding his impact, ensuring the safety and well-being of children across the UK.

Dani Wallace

Founder, I Am The Queen Bee

Wallace is an entrepreneur who went from homelessness to building I Am The Queen Bee (IATQB), a million-pound personal development brand. Through it, she empowers diverse communities through initiatives like The BIG Festoon, a flagship event promoting collaboration and representation in business. An advocate for LGBTQ+ voices, Wallace also spotlights resilience, drawing from her experiences of overcoming domestic violence. Her story and vision are celebrated in The Festoon Effect, a documentary showcasing her mission to inspire others to “take up space” unapologetically.
