bySTORED helps to minimise clutter and make more space in three simple steps:

  1. Smart black storage boxes provided and collected for free bySTORED within 24 hours.
  2. Stored at a London warehouse under 24/7 surveillance bySTORED
  3. Returned at your requested timeslot bySTORED, meaning no waiting around at home.

bySTORED staff arrive in bowties and sleek monochrome outfits adding a luxury feel to the experience… very shmick!

bySTORED offers narrow collection and delivery windows, an itemisation service which means you could even have a second wardrobe available at 24 hours’ notice, down to the list on the website of how many vinyl records or pairs of shoes can fit into the 80-litre boxes. bySTORED also caters for awkward items such as bikes, buggies and golf bags.

“The idea came when I moved from Sweden to London, because the rooms here tend to be smaller, so it’s hard to recreate the minimalistic look that’s popular at home,” said bySTORED co-founder Peter Gentzel.

“I wasn’t ready to get rid of my possessions completely but also didn’t have enough to merit the time and expense of a whole storage unit, a hire car and a trip out of London.”

Co-founder Daniel Axsäter said they plan to do for storage “what Uber has done for cabs: deliver a premium service in the easiest way possible for the customer. We began with a west London focus, but have already experienced a surge in orders from students in east London without even having officially launched.”

bySTORED’s storage with a twist is available for anyone to use from today at www.bystored.com, with packages starting at £5 per week.
