Interiors expert Kelly Hoppen to share her design secrets
Supported by Outlet Property Services
One of the UK’s few interior designers whose look is recognised throughout the world, Kelly Hoppen MBE is an entrepreneur and author as well as a hugely successful designer. If you want to get a few of her best interior design secrets, you’re in luck – Kelly will be talking at ‘Inventing Spaces’ in Soho this Saturday, June 6.
Kelly’s ever-evolving style is underpinned by a subtle coordinated fusion of East meets West; clean lines and neutral tones, blended with charming warmth and sumptuous opulence. She puts her stamp on the homes, yachts and jets of private clients, as well as many commercial projects the world over, including hotels, bars, restaurants, yachts, offices, aircraft and tower blocks. The woman is an interior design guru!
Kelly will appear in conversation with Production Designer Sonja Klaus, whose film credits include Prometheus, X-Men, Lara Croft and the ITV prime-time success Mr Selfridge. What do these two designers share in the creative process? Both create beautiful, sometimes extraordinary worlds, where to the ideas come from, what is the inspiration, how do they research, and how do they know when they’ve got it right?
The session will be chaired by Talib Choudhry, and runs from midday to 1:15pm this Saturday June 6 at the French Protestant Church, Soho Square, London. Click here to book tickets.
