Summer is here, and there’s nothing like some sunshine to put us in the mood for a good cocktail.
Thankfully, The Light Lounge in London’s Soho have unveiled their brand new cocktail menu for this season, meaning we’ve already got our go-to bar in the heart of capital’s gay scene sorted for the next few weeks.
The tailored cocktail bar of London’s legendary Ku Bar, The Light Lounge is located above Ku Bar’s flagship venue on Lisle Street, just a stone’s throe from Leicester Square Tube station.
It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a post-work drink (or three) with colleagues or to get the weekend started to the sound of the bar’s resident DJs – and now that they’ve teamed up with Andy Mill from the Cocktail Trading Company for a delicious new drinks menu, it’s time to beat us sorry get down there to sample it all.

Yellow Mellow Bellini
This twist on the famous Bellini is definitely top of our list, with a fresh and subtle fizz it’s hard not to order more than one.
Chamomile Sherry Cobbler
Don’t be fooled by the name, it doesn’t taste like granny has dusted off a bottle of Sherry. This long cocktail is so refreshing and perfect for those hot nights.
Green Aviation
We said we wanted colour, and colour is what we go… A slight sour taste with a hint of basil running through makes a perfect pairing.
Sweet & Sour Batida
A one of a kind taste that you won’t have tried before – and we’ll leave it at that…
Sugar Mama
The Light Lounge’s take on the Porn Star Martini continues to be our top seller, with a sweet but sharp flavour. Definitely one to get the night started.
Heartbreaker
This one will continue breaking hearts, such a moreish and delicate flavour for those gin lovers.
