Austin Armacost lost two stone in 12 weeks on his divorce diet to celebrate his new life.
The model slimmed down from 14st 7lbs to 12st 7lbs by cutting out the booze and completely overhauling his diet.
Celebrity Big Brother star Austin sculpted the body of his dreams, losing a staggering five inches off his waist going down from 36 inches to 31 inches, and wiping out his dreaded beer belly.
He got in shape to mark a new phase in his life after his divorce from first husband, hospitality manager Jake Lees, 32, came through last year.
Austin, who turns 30 in March, said: “I am still very close to Jake but the divorce was good opportunity for me to start afresh and really get in shape.
“I have sculpted the body of my dreams in less than three months.
“I am always going to be a little body dysmorphic so there are small elements that I don’t like, but I’m really pleased with how I look.
“If you eat well and live well there is no reason why anyone cannot achieve the same body transformation as me in the same time.”
Austin teamed up with the fitness team from health and wellbeing firm Forza Supplements and swapped his favourite macaroni cheese for its Shake It Slim meal replacement drinks. He got added energy for sessions in the gym by taking its Raspberry K2 diet pills.
Austin, who lives with his new boyfriend Darren Banks, 32, an IT business architect, in Leeds, had let himself go by drinking too much and bingeing on comfort food.
Out went fried breakfasts and in their place came poached eggs and avocado.
He committed to a gruelling exercise regime which saw him working out twice a day – weights in the morning and cardio at tea-time.
He cut out the booze and drank two litres of water a day and worked hard with his trainer Mubeen Khan.
Austin said: “When I put my mind to it I can be really disciplined and I set myself the goal of getting in great shape in 12 weeks.
“I am going on a holiday of a lifetime with Darren to Thailand for my thirtieth birthday and I wanted to look great in the holiday shots.
“We went to Mexico recently and I just wasn’t happy with how I looked so I kept the selfies to a minimum.
“It’s fun to share pictures when you are looking good so prepare to see lots of me on the beach in Thailand. I might even do a few of my favourite naked butt shots!”
Austin, a prominent campaigner for LGBTQ rights, has twice starred in Celebrity Big Brother.
He was runner-up in 2015 when he had a bromance with winner James Hill.
He endeared himself to viewers after he shaved his head in the house in support of Gail Porter who suffers from Alopecia.
Austin was back on CBB as an all-star last year where he paraded in the garden in his underpants before clashing with ex-Strictly star James Jordan.
Austin was born in Indiana in the United States and moved to the UK 10 years ago after falling in love with his first husband, Briton Jake.
He loves it here more than his homeland because gays are made to feel more welcome.
Austin, who has been busy this year hosting Gay Pride events across Europe, is far happier when is in fit.
He said: “I feel so much better when I am fit and lean – I have so much more energy. I have been on a pretty heavy regime.
“I would start in the morning with an hour of weights. Then I would have a Forza Shake It Slim meal replacement drink – they are only 204 calories but have all the vitamins and nutrients you need.
“I would have a light lunch of chicken breast and vegetables and would go back the gym at tea-time to do some cardio exercise. I would often take a Forza Raspberry K2 capsule before a gym session to give me a bit more energy and to take the edge off my appetite.
“I find supplements really help me when I am getting in shape. They help you to achieve your goals more quickly but safely.”
