Joe Lycett and more confirmed for National Student Pride 2024
Student Pride returns to London on 23-25th February 2024
National Student Pride, supported by Clifford Chance, Deloitte, and Unite Students is returning this year and this time will be headlined by the wonderful Joe Lycett.
The comedian and TV presenter will headline the mainstage on Saturday 24 February. He will be chatting to fellow comedian Suzi Ruffell about his life and career in an interview in partnership with Attitude.
As well as Lycett and Ruffell’s conversation audiences will have the chance to watch several panel discussions. Attitude’s Editor-in-Chief, Cliff Joannou, will host a discussion featuring Russell T Davies on LGBTQ+ TV and film. Meanwhile, LBC’s Natasha Devon will front Queer Question Time asking the big questions facing LGBTQ+ students. She will be joined by the co-leader of the Green Party, Carla Denyer, as well as Baroness Featherstone, and more.
There will also be a Lip Sync Extravaganza Finale featuring RuPaul’s Drag Race UK‘s Tomara Thomas and Cara Melle. Drag Race UK and Drag Race UK vs The World star Tia Kofi will also make an appearance.
National Student Pride sees more than 2,000 students from across the country come together for the UK’s largest LGBTQ+ student event. National Student Pride returns to London on 23-25 February 2024 for a weekend of parties, panels, an LGBTQ+ careers fair, and more. The festival will also feature the third Student Pride Awards as well as the UK’s largest inclusive LGBTQ+ careers fair, Proud Careers.
