Tough Mudder, the infamous obstacle course which puts fitness enthusiasts and brave have-a-go-heroes through their paces, is back to provide the ultimate test in eudurance with the brand new Tough Mudder City – and we’ve got three team spots of four people each (worth £260) to give away!

Yep, you and three friends could be putting your grit and determination to the test at Tough Mudder City events in either London (9-10 October) or Manchester (17-18 July), with your free ticket complimented by some sweet swag and the chance to enjoy some serious celebration in the Mudder Village.

Featuring 5 kilometre and 10 kilometre courses at each location, plus a mix of brand new and much-loved obstacles, get ready to push your mind and body, because there really is a challenge for everyone.

The five kilometre course will feature 13 of Tough Mudder’s best obstacles, including the classics you’ve heard so much about and a few brand new surprises.

Meanwhile, the 10 kilometre course will see you tackle 20 obstacles, including the infamous ‘Electroshock Therapy’. Eek.

As well as a free finisher drink, live DJ and street food to celebrate your accomplishments, you’ll also get a Tough Mudder City headband, 2020 finisher t-shirt and free action photos for that all important Instagram clout.

Terms and conditions

1. If the winner cannot attend any of the Tough Mudder City events, they will not be provided with compensation or alternative prizing.

2. The winner is strictly prohibited from exchanging or transferring any part of the prize with a third party and there is no cash alternative.
3. In the event that the event is cancelled for unforeseen circumstances, the winner may be invited to attend an alternative event at Tough Mudder’s discretion.

4. Prize has no cash alternative, is non-transferable and non-refundable.

5. Age restrictions apply. Participants taking part in Tough Mudder City 5K must be 13+ and participants taking part in Tough Mudder City 10K must be 14+.

6. Any participant under the age of 18 must be accompanied on-course by a parent or guardian who is over 18 years old.
