Starters include West Coast Crab, Granny Smith Apple, Cantaloupe, Torched Cucumber & Coriander; Beef steak tartar, garden radishes, mustard leaves & shaved Pecorino; and Scottish Lobster, Island of Wight Tomato, Piquillo Pepper Emulsion & Tomato Consommé.

Mains feature Challans Duck, Celeriac, Spring Carrots & Griottines Cherries; Pan Seared Newlyn Cod, Chorizo, Razor Clam, Smoked Paprika Mash & Sea Herbs; and Trio of Aberdeen Angus beef, parsnip, cippollini onion, sprouting broccoli & Bordelaise sauce.

Desserts wrap things up nicely with Baked Cheesecake, Rosemary Infused Blueberry; Crème Caramel, Ginger Sable, Honey Comb Ice Cream; and Chocolate and Orange baked Alaska.

Cocktails with Altitude

As afternoon rolls into evening, the bar becomes a prime drinking destination. Innovative cocktails take drinking to hedonistic heights: Marshmellow Sling  combines Sauza Hornitos reposado tequila, caramel liqueur, fresh lime juice, apple juice, agave nectar and marshmallow essence. The Last Whisper packs a punch with Herradura Plata tequila, Luxardo Maraschino liqueur, Yellow Chartreuse liqueur and fresh lime juice, while the Seville Promenade mixes Chase Marmalade, Aperol, orange marmalade, fresh lemon juice and orange bitters all topped off with Champagne.
