Anthony Bowens flipped the metaphorical finger at a bunch of homophobic protestors in a recent social media post.
The professional wrestler shared a picture of him and his boyfriend Michael Pavano kissing in front of a scrum holding signs such as: ‘homos go to hell’ and ‘Trump, make America great again: ban homo marriage.’
In his caption for the picture, the 30-year-old former Attitude cover star simply wrote: “Stand up to hate,” while tagging Pavano on Twitter.
“I love you forever & always”
In response, Pavano commented on Elite Wrestling star Bowen’s Insta post saying: “I love you forever & always.”

Bowens came out publicly as bisexual in 2016, before clarifying in a 2019 Twitter post that he identifies as gay.
“In short, just about two years ago I came out as bisexual which was truly how I viewed myself at the time,” the star said.
“However, over the last 6 months or so I’ve started [to] identify less and less with that label to the point where it doesn’t feel like it’s ‘me’ anymore.

“As people move on in their lives, the way they view the world and themselves tends to change and I’m no different.
“Which is why if you are to label me, I prefer to identify as gay. There will be a [range] of reactions and I address each one of them in the [accompanying YouTube] video.”
