has posted its first ABC figure for the digital version of the magazine, recording 9,966 copy sales for the period ending December 2013.

ABC – or the Audit Bureau of Circulation – is an independent verifier of magazine circulations for print, digital and online. ABC figures are used within the highly competitive media industry to value and gauge performance of publications.

Attitude’s first digital audited figure finds it selling nearly double that of men’s glossy title Esquire and more downloads than global fashion brands Vogue and Vanity Fair.

Mike Buckley, Attitude’s Managing Director, said: “We always knew that our digital version was an industry leader but to have posted our first audited figure above mighty brands like Esquire, Vogue and Vanity Fair is just mind-blowing – a real David vs Goliath story.

“We hope that the new audit figures will see Attitude moving into the mainstream men’s lifestyle category of publications and show clients and media buyers that Attitude is worthy of consideration for their campaigns targeted towards men in general.”
