Brady Bunch’s Susan Olsen claims she was fired ‘because of Trump’ and not anti-gay slurs
Last week we reported that the Brady Bunch’s Susan Olsen was fired from an LA radio station show over a series of anti-gay slurs.
According to Gay Star News, the actress has now spoken out over the incident and has claimed that she was fired over her decision to support president-elect Trump and not over the slurs.
“This is only about me supporting Trump. And I still do,” Olsen wrote in a Facebook post.
“And by the way, how does one get fired from a job they were never paid to do?”
Olsen made headlines last week after getting into a heated argument with gay actor Leon Acord-Whiting on Facebook after the actor slammed her for “spreading outrageous information.”
Olsen lashed back at the actor on social media, threatening him and calling him a “little piece of human waste”.
Acord then shared a screenshot of a private message from Olsen, publicising them, where she called him a “p*ssy” and “f*ggot” multiple times.
Olsen’s LA station made an announcement on their Facebook page soon after, announcing their decision to “severe ties” with the Brady Bunch actress.
