Caitlyn Jenner makes a statement in Donald Trump’s ladies’ room

Caitlyn Jenner has taken Donald Trump up on his recent offer to use any bathroom facility she wanted in one of his establishments.
In a video posted on her Facebook page, Jenner filmed herself going into Trump International Hotel in New York City yesterday.
“Oh my god, a trans woman in New York and I gotta take a pee,” she said, before approaching the hotel.
She explains to the camera, “OK last week Donald Trump said I could take a pee anywhere in a Trump facility, so I am gonna go take a pee in the ladies room.”
She is then seen passing the concierge, who direct her to the bathrooms, and as she passes the men’s room she says, “M? Not anymore.”

After she emerges from the ladies room, she says to the camera, “Thank you Donald, I really appreciate it. And by the way Ted, nobody got molested.”
This appears to be a dig to the other Republican candidate Ted Cruz, who has spoken out in support of recently-introduced anti-trans bathroom laws which prevent transgender people from using a bathroom other than that of their ‘birth’ gender.
Speaking to reporters in Indiana earlier this week, Cruz said, “Whether or not a man believes he’s a woman, there are a lot of women who would like to be able to use a public restroom in peace without having a man there – and when there are children involved, you don’t have a right to impose your lifestyle on others.”
Until recently, Jenner said that she supported Cruz, and even hoped to become a ‘trans ambassador’ to him if he became President.
Now, it seems that this very personal issue may have swayed her allegiance.
The issue has come to the fore of the U.S. Presidential race after North Carolina passed a controversial bill (HB2) which prevents trans people from using the bathroom of their choice.
