Daley, boyfriend still in Russia after emergency plane landing

Tom Daley and his boyfriend, Dustin Lance Black, have apparently yet to leave Russia after their flight back to the UK for the Commonwealth Games was forced to make an emergency landing in Siberia earlier today (July 21).
The Attitude cover star and his boyfriend were travelling from Shanghai to London earlier today (July 21) when the plane was forced to land in the Russian city of Irkutsk. Find out more about what Daley described as a “scary” incident here.
Now, over eight hours after the emergency touch-down, the couple have yet to resume their journey back to the UK. Dustin Lance Black updated his followers on his whereabouts earlier this evening (5.45pm GMT), while praising Virgin Atlantic’s airline staff for being “very helpful”.
He also said that he is “happy to be alive” after the incident.
