David Guetta covers Cher for new single

David Guetta has released a preview of his new single Shot Me Down.
The track, a reworking of Cher’s 1966 classic Bang Bang (My Baby Shot Me Down), will be released next Monday (20 January).
It’s the follow-up to Guetta’s previous hit Work Hard, which reached number 6 on the UK charts last year and featured Ne-Yo and Akon.
Vocals on Shot You Down come from serial collaborator Skylar Grey, who has previously leant her voice to hits by Diddy – Dirty Money (Coming Home) and Dr Dre (I Need A Doctor).
