Disney’s Frozen: UK DVD and Blu-ray release announced

Disney’s Frozen will be released on DVD and Blu-ray in the UK on Monday, March 31.
The film – which has surpassed The Lion King as the most successful Disney animation of all time – will also be available on 3d Blu-ray and digital download.
The home release of Frozen will also include a variety of special features, including exclusive artwork by Marc Davis, and The Making of Frozen: The Musical.
The Making of Frozen will include a magical musical tour of Disney Animation Studios, with hosts Kirsten Bell and Josh Gad.
The release will also include a Disney Animation Studios’ short Get A Horse!, with Walt Disney himself voicing Mickey Mouse, as he heads out on an adventure with Minnie.
A documentary titled D’frosted: Disney’s Journey From Hans Christian Anderson to Frozen, will tell the story of the development of the much-loved film.
Last month, Frozen won a Golden Globe for Best Animated Feature, and is expected to pick up the equivalent prize at the Oscars on March 2.
