And you don’t have to travel from Heathrow – you can enjoy it all at Brixton Beach Boulevard, the pop-up in South London which is open from now until August 28, promising a summer of day and night parties, surprise DJ sets, live screening of sport events, ’80s movie throwbacks and the added extra of local street food.
There might be no sea, but no need to worry as the venue offers revitalising summer cocktails, so whether you fancy a ‘Sex on the beach’ whilst you ‘Pina Colada’ away to the sound of the night, this beach boulevard is the place to be.
Open from 6pm on Thursdays and Fridays, and 1pm on Saturdays and Bank Holiday Sundays, your summer can be sorted with this exotic getaway just a hop ski and a jump away on the Victoria line.
Flip flops and towels are not compulsory, but fun, glitter and sun is – and thankfully for us, those Miami beach lifeguards are all part of the package.
