Hooters-style restaurant with half-naked men to open in US?

A restaurant touted as the male equivalent of Hooters is allegedly set to open in the US.
According to an advertisement on Craigslist, the appropriately named Tallywackers will be staffed by hunky men in just their underwear and is scheduled to open in Dallas, Texas later this year.
A casting event for staff was held over the weekend, and the owners of the restaurant were kind enough to share a couple of pictures of potential staff members on their official Facebook page:
