Lana Del Rey unveils cover of ‘Once Upon A Dream’

Lana Del Rey has unveiled her cover of Once Upon A Dream.
The singer’s take on the track appears in the new trailer for Disney’s Maleficent, which debuted during the 2014 Grammy Awards last night (January 26).
The original version of Once Upon A Dream featured in Disney classic Sleeping Beauty, which is retold from the perspective of villain Maleficent in the forthcoming movie.
Angelina Jolie stars as the famous Disney baddied, while Elle Fanning, Imelda Staunton and Peter Capaldi feature in the film’s supporting cast.
You can listen to a shortened version of Del Rey’s Once Upon A Dream in the new Maleficent trailer below, and the Born To Die singer has also made the track available as a free download via Google Play.
Disney’s Maleficent will be released in the US and UK on May 30.
