A man was attacked and robbed after refusing to perform oral sex on a stranger in Queens.
Over the weekend, the man – who has been identified as Carlos – was walking home from his friend’s house when the alleged assailant walked up to him and began whispering in his ear.
After the stranger then began following him, the man began press him for oral sex.
Speaking to Gay City News, Carlos said: “When I looked back, he grabbed his penis and said, ‘You want this?’ I didn’t pay attention to it.
“When I turned around a second time, he said, ‘Do you want to suck my dick?’ I said, ‘No.’”
The stranger than became aggressive and started to repeatedly hit him in the head and stole his phone and bag.
Carlos managed to get away and flagged a car for help.
Recalling the incident, Carlos continued: “When I got to the car, [the attacker] kicked me and I fell.
“When I fell, he kept hitting me on my back and kicking me on the back.
“The guy in the car rolled his window and said something to him, but the man said I was trying to rob him — like he was the victim.”
Carlos was then dragged across the street and the man demanded money from him.
The victim escaped and ran to a nearby police van to report the crime.
