News reporter responds to viewer who told him he ‘can’t stand his gayness’
A news reporter from Arkansas has shared an angry email from a viewer who asked him to ‘stop being gay’ – and gave the perfect response to the troll.
KARK-TV reporter Mitchell McCoy shared the email on Monday afternoon (May 23) before responding with an inspirational message about his career as a news anchor.
The following tweets show how the viewer, who names themselves ‘kark Channel 4 Fan’ asked for Mitchell’s “gayness” to be taken off air.

He then followed the email with an inspirational message to others hoping to secure their dream career.
