Nicola Sturgeon helps man propose to his boyfriend

With her no-nonsense attitude and impeccable power-dressing, SNP leader and Scottish First Minister Nicola Sturgeon’s gay appeal has been sky-rocketing in recent months.
And afer offering a helping hand to one man hoping to pop the question to his partner earlier this week she’s proved her gay credentials once again, having already outlined her LGBT agenda when we spoke to her as part of our series of party leader interviews before this year’s general election.
Sturgeon tweeted a series of images showing her deliver Paul’s marriage proposal to his partner Ian after an SNP meeting in Oban on Monday (August 24), describing it as her “fave moment” of the night.

The 45-year-old then congratulated the couple once again, before retweeting a message from Ian showing off his new engagement ring and thanking people for their messages of support.
