A gay porn star who filmed himself having a threesome on a London Underground train has been fined £1,000.
In July 2017, Nicholas Mullan, 24, and his porn star boyfriend George Mason, 35 – who appears in HungYoungBrit videos – met a third man and they were filmed having ‘full sex, oral sex and masturbation in the presence of the travelling members of the public’.
Police were unable to identify the third man from the video which was posted online in February last year.
While appearing at Westminster Magistrates Court earlier this month, both pleaded guilty to one count of ‘outraging public decency’.
Following their plea, a spokesperson for HungYoungBrit – which specialises in ‘amateur’ point-of-view porn – has said Mason is now staying on the “right side of the law”.
Now, both have appeared at court this week and were both charged with outraging public decency, the Evening Standard reported.
Prosecutor Robert Simpson told the court: “The two men in the dock engaged in a series of sexual acts on a Tube train.
“This was in the presence of the travelling public. The incident was recorded by them, and the video of what happened was subsequently uploaded on to Twitter where another gay man saw it.
“He thought it had crossed the line of what was acceptable behaviour and the incident was reported to the police.”
Mason was sentenced to an 18-month community order which included 30 days of rehabilitation and was given a £1,000 fine.
Mullan was sentenced to a 12-month community order, 15 days of rehabilitation but was spared a fine due to receiving state benefits. Both were ordered to pay £170 in court costs and fees.
Simon Arloff, from the CPS, said afterwards: “This was an outrageous and distasteful act within sight of passengers who were travelling on public transport.
“Mason and Mullan thought they were being sexually risky and could earn some money from their stunt, but in doing so they showed complete disregard for other passengers on that Northern line train.”
