A Holy Sexuality Conference featuring people who claim to have been ‘cured’ of their homosexuality will take place in London later this month.
The Seventh-day Adventist Church’s five-day conference has sold out, according to a listing on Eventbrite, first reported on by Pink News.
The advert states that the event is being held with the approval of the South England Conference’s Family Life Department.
“The Holy Sexuality Conference is a 5 day programme which unravels the issue of sexuality within Christianity with a focus on same-sex relationships,” it explains.
“Those who attend the conference will be able to hear the powerful stories and journeys of individuals who have gained victory and healing from same-sex attraction and are now faithful Seventh-Day Adventist Christians.”
The advert concludes: “This conference will be invaluable for those who are struggling with their sexuality or for those who wish to find out more about issues surrounding sexuality and same sex attraction to reach out to others.”
